Overview:

TriMech Services, LLC was established to provide specialized Mechanical Engineering and Design services that would assist our clients with specialized needs, as well as providing an outsourced model that would enable them to complete projects on time, and under budget. In additional to providing in house technical services, we focused on providing technical recruiting services, that we feel gives our clients the ability to respond quickly to growing business needs or simply provide additional resources on projects based work with out having to over hire fulltime resources. TriMech excels on providing flexible expertise in both mechanical design and engineering services, as well as maintain a highly experienced recruiting team with excellent account and industry knowledge.

Client Challenges:

Our clients and potential clients are like any other companies in the engineering and manufacturing sectors, who manufacture their own products, or provide services to manufacture other people’s products. Our typical clients span into several areas of design and manufacturing. Within those industries or areas, the same challenges present themselves and those challenges can be lack of design talent, lack of specific analysis tools and expertise, a sudden increase in project loads, and a lack of proven outsourcing partners to ensure timelines and budgets. What we have learned from our clients is that providing key technical expertise in the areas of their business that they do not excel in, provides them with an outsourcing or recruiting partner that will allow them to increase project loads, maintain highly technical talent internally, outsource specialized engineering support without having to be an expert in all those areas internally. Our goal is to provide services that span outside of our typical clients abilities which allows them to focus on what they do well and bring in a partner to help in those areas that they don’t see a need to expand internally. In some cases, our clients suddenly and unexpectedly see larger amounts of work secured and may need additional resources to capitalize on a sudden rise in business. with out having to expand their internal staff in the short term will look to firms who understand their business and can quickly provide resources on demand.
