Our goal is to become the best engineering and recruiting firm within the mechanical, electrical and manufacturing arenas. Out technical team is made up of experienced engineers, designers, drafters, and programmers who have specific industry experience and work to maintain industry certification on the latest tools and technologies. When a client calls TriMech Services, they are getting someone who can step in and manage a project from start to finish, or provide expert technical help on specific or task-oriented items that will allow the our clients to get those projects completed, and products out to market.

Our technical recruitment team is made up of experienced recruiters and account representatives who understand our client’s specific needs, and works with them to provide contract or permanent additions to their engineering departments. We provide an engineering recruiting service that allows our clients to respond to increasing project demand in the short term, but also have the flexibility and the expertise to assist them add new technical skill sets to their existing engineering and design teams in the long term. Each of our local offices has a full account management team to support the hiring needs of our clients in those markets.
